Refund policy

This policy covers the service fees Khien Travels charges for its own guidance, document review, and application support work — for example, a service package fee requested when you start a visa application. It does not cover money paid directly to a government, embassy, consulate, airline, or other third party.

Our service fees pay for work our team performs — reviewing your documents, tracking your application, and providing guidance — not for a specific visa outcome. As explained in our Terms of Service, we never guarantee a visa will be approved, and a payment does not by itself change your application's status. Because this work begins as soon as your application is submitted for review, fees are generally not refundable once review work has started.

Any fee paid directly to a government, embassy, consulate, airline, or other authority is entirely outside Khien Travels' control. We do not collect, hold, or refund those fees, and any refund for them must be requested from that authority directly.

If you believe you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or the wrong amount — contact us right away so we can investigate and correct it.
