Khien Travels is a Nigerian visa and travel support company, staffed by professional consultants.

Your passport, travel, and identity documents are among the most sensitive things you share with us. Here is what actually happens to them today:

• Encrypted storage. Documents are stored in private, encrypted cloud storage that is never publicly accessible — nothing you upload is reachable by a public link.
• MFA-gated staff access. Every staff and admin account is required to use multi-factor authentication to sign in — a password alone is not enough to reach any customer's documents or data.
• Scoped access, not blanket access. Staff only see the customers and applications assigned to their organization, never other companies' customers, and every account is tied to a specific role.
• Audit trail. Actions on your application — a document reviewed, a decision recorded, a payment requested — are logged with who did it and when, so there is always a record of what happened to your case.
