Terms of service

By creating an account or using Khien Travels, you agree to these Terms of Service. These are draft terms prepared pending owner and legal review.

Khien Travels provides professional, consultant-led visa application workflow support. The platform helps you organize traveler details, upload documents, track application status, and receive review from our staff.

Flight inquiries and booking requests are in development and are coming soon — they are not publicly open to customers in this launch. See Section 9 for payment processing.

Khien Travels may provide practical guidance and administrative support with your visa application. It does not replace official government instructions, legal advice, immigration counsel, or embassy/consulate requirements. You are responsible for verifying official requirements that apply to your situation.

Khien Travels does not guarantee visa approval. Visa decisions are made by the relevant government, embassy, consulate, airline, border authority, or other applicable authority — not by Khien Travels. Khien Travels is not responsible for decisions made by those authorities.

When using Khien Travels, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information.
• Only upload documents you have the right to provide.
• Review your information carefully before submission.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Respond to requests from our staff when needed to move your application forward.
• Comply with applicable laws and official visa/immigration requirements.

You agree not to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful documents or information.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or authority.
• Attempt to bypass security controls or access information you are not authorized to see.
• Upload malware or abusive, harmful, or unlawful content.
• Misuse staff or customer systems, including automated abuse of the platform.

You may need an account to use Khien Travels. We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access if we reasonably believe there has been misuse, a security concern, or a violation of these Terms. Staff and administrative areas of the platform are restricted to authorized personnel.

You retain responsibility for the documents and information you upload. You grant Khien Travels permission to use submitted information only as needed to provide and support the service — for example, so staff can review your application. We do not claim broad ownership over the documents you submit.

Khien Travels can create in-platform payment requests for certain services — for example, a paid service package chosen when starting a visa application — payable securely by card through our payment processor, Paystack. A payment being received does not by itself guarantee any outcome for your application; review and decisions remain separate from payment status. See our Refund Policy for how refunds work; detailed refund terms are still being finalized. If you have a question about a specific payment, contact us directly.

Flight inquiries, booking requests, and outbound communications may be added to Khien Travels in the future. Availability of these features is not guaranteed until they are officially launched to customers.

Khien Travels may be updated, interrupted, or unavailable at times, including for maintenance or unforeseen issues. We do not currently guarantee a specific uptime or service-level commitment, and we do not publish fixed support hours.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Khien Travels and its staff are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including outcomes of visa applications decided by third-party authorities. Nothing in this section is intended to limit liability where it cannot be limited under applicable law.
