Visa application assistance
Prepare your application, upload documents securely, and have our team review and guide it through each step. Here's what's included today:
- Create a customer account and manage traveler details
- Start and track a visa application from one place
- Choose a paid service package and pay securely in-app by card, if you'd like extra support
- Upload supporting documents through secure, encrypted storage
- Have documents reviewed, approved, or sent back for replacement
- Staff review and record a final decision on your application
- Follow status updates as your application moves through review
Updates and notes between you and our team are logged for reference — this is a structured activity record, not a live chat inbox.

What's not included right now
- No real-time flight search or automatic booking through external providers
- Only card payments through Paystack are supported in-app for now — other payment arrangements go through our team directly
- No submission to an embassy or consulate on your behalf, unless separately and manually arranged with our staff
- No guaranteed visa outcome — decisions are made by the relevant visa or immigration authority, not by Khien Travels
- No instant or automated decision-making — every review step is handled personally by one of our professional consultants
